This low-impact class focuses on core strength, stability, mobility, posture, and controlled movement while sculpting the entire body. Using your own body weight along with Pilates balls, rings, bands and light dumbbells, you'll move through intentional sequences designed to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles and improve overall body control.

Turn up the energy. Luxe Sculpt combines strength training, Pilates-inspired movement and high-rep resistance work for a full-body burn. Expect dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, sliders and other props as you move through sequences designed to target the glutes, legs, arms and core. It's upbeat, challenging and designed to build strength while creating that head-to-toe sculpted feeling.
